Tending Birth is an ancestral practice.

And on you can reconnect with in the right environment. This course is designed for those who feel the call to nurture and support birth with their hands, hearts, instinct and intuition.

After years of working and assisting in various birth practices - natural, holistic and medical- I wanted to create a space where like minded healers, women, and aspiring birth workers could gather to really talk about it.

In this course, you’ll gain practical skills and knowledge from my experience as a full-spectrum doula and community-based practitioner with an indigenous medicinal lens. We’ll cover essential topics, including but not limited to postpartum nutrition, breastfeeding, and navigating medical terminology to advocate effectively in birth settings.

Consider this your intermediate training in Birth Tending. As with all Grounding Down offerings, this course will challenge you to engage deeply, leaving behind ego to rediscover your true self.

I look forward to seeing you there! :)

This course is for:

Aspiring birth workers of all walks.

Folks wanting to learn more about advocating for themselves/ their families inside medicalized birthing environments.

Doulas, midwives, and OB’s that want to UP their holistic and herb/ food based skillset.

Care oriented witches + healers ready to bring more medicine to their birthing communities.

Empathic birth keepers ready to sharpen their healing hands.

Sound like you already?

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the sheer volume of birth advice out there or uncertain about how to truly provide support for this life-changing experience, you’re not alone.

This course is for those who seek more than just checklists and to-do’s; it’s for those who crave a deeper connection to the mysteries and magical aspects of birth.

Whether you’re a birth worker, a caregiver, or someone who simply wants to deepen your knowledge and connection to the sacred journey of birth, this program provides the tools, rituals, and understanding you need.

This isn’t just about learning; it’s about transformation—both for you and the families you’ll support.

If you’re ready to expand your skills, nurture others on their birth journey, and step into a role that honors both the practical and the spiritual, then you’re in the right place. Let’s embark on this journey together and cultivate the deep, soulful support that every birthing person deserves :)

Happy Client Highlights

“Morgan was an invaluable part of my prenatal, labor and postpartum journey. Working with her during pregnancy helped prepare me for the process and feel empowered about my decisions during labor. She not only supported me, but also my birth partner and allowed us both to be present. We couldn’t imagine the labor process without her support. During my postpartum care, she provided a tender nourishment of the soul and body which felt so impactful during the first 6 weeks of being home with a newborn.

Morgan truly has a gift as a healer and birth worker. She makes you feel held in tenderness, but also isn’t afraid to get into the deep work and tough conversations when needed.”

Holly

“Hiring Morgan was a huge reason that I had such a magical birth! Being that this was my first baby, Morgan helped me feel prepared going into it, during labor, delivery, and into my postpartum. I felt completely taken care of, and fully supported and cared for!

Morgan always had a gentle and supportive voice in my corner during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. It was invaluable. Having someone to contact who was knowledgeable and kind was a game changer and made me much less stressed!”

Stasia

“ Morgan really helped me see how powerful and badass birth is- and I am. During my time in labor, she and my partner said multiple times "Birth is so metal," while they breathed with me and held space for me. It not only made me laugh a little while my body was in pretty intense discomfort, but it also shined a light on her whole approach to the support she offers.

She is all about the power and bad-assery of the pregnancy and birth experience. The impact she had on my birth experience cannot be narrowed down to one particular thing other than the way she made me feel. She made me feel held, seen, heard, and supported. Her gentile approach to empowering the women she works with is incredible to be a part of.”
